When engaging in a coaching conversation in Vodafone via the voluntary CoachConnected platform or any other way, coachees must be aware that it is their own choice to offer personal information which supports the coaching discussion without any liability on Vodafone. This information will be treated confidentially in line with the Coaches Code of Conduct and Ethics. If a coachee voluntarily raises a topic that the coach is neither qualified nor proficient in talking about, or is outside their personal boundary, including mental or physical wellbeing, the coach will explicitly highlight this immediately and not allow the conversation on this subject matter to continue. The coach will work with the coachee to source experts or other resources available to safeguard the employee. All coaches will be asked to accept the points in the Joint Coaching Agreement during their first session.
